So I’m on the train into NYC this morning.  Reading the paper … huh Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize – wow, pretty amazing.  I turn to the sports section – the playoffs are really exciting.  Can’t wait to see the Yanks tonight!! Next, a text message comes in.  Its a CNN alert. 

“NASA CARASHES SPACESHIP INTO MOON” 

WHAT?!?! How did I miss this?  I have my nose in the news every day but for some reason, this story slipped past.  Apparently in 1999 signs of water were discovered on the Moon and scientists have been planning missions to further investigate since that time.  As we continue to set plans for deeper space exploration, a discovery of water on the Moon would be huge!!
